Article Six of the constitution:
Both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

asdlfk;jg;lfh Seriously?

BAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAOMGYOUGUYS
ARE WE A REAL COUNTRY

I’m not sorry, am I the only one who realizes, the constitution mentions religion and not GOD? There is a difference. Just so we are clear, again….not sorry. Religion is stupid, but has nothing to do with GOD. atheists claim to not believe in GOD, I do not see how that relates to religion. Legally speaking, there is no breach in the statement of “religious test”. I mean how many atheists have taken any religious tests?
